Day 1 Beijing- Lhasa (You aslo can take the Train into Tibet)
pick up and transfer service:
Been pick up from your hotel at beijing drive to Beijing airport. Arrive at Lhasa Gonggar airport which at a elevation of 3000 meters, drive to Lhasa urban, en route visit Brahmaputra valley, Buddha Sculpture made 11th century and Tibetan village etc. on the drive to Lhasa and check in the Hotel , Free and Have rest in this afternoon.Dinner by your self.
(No tour guide service whole day except the Tibetan guide will pick up you at Lhasa airport, please do not have extreme physical activity.)

Day 2 Lhasa city Tour

Visit Places:
Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Square. Lhasa for the night.
Potala Palace Introduction:
It can be said that the Potala Palace is the symbol of Lhasa, the regional capital of Tibet. Situated on Red Hill in northwest of the city, the Potala Palace was originally built as the house for the marriage of Emperor Songtsen Gampo and Princess Wenchang in the Tang Dynasty. The palace was destroyed twice in its history. In 1645, it was rebuilt and expanded by Dalai Lama V. The project took about half a century to complete. It is a sacred place for Tibetan Buddhism, the hall and corridors inside are decorated with master paintings, which are concerning Buddhist teachings and stories. The Red Palace displays the artistic statues of Songtsen Gampo and Princess Wenchang, as well as 1000 Buddhist images. In 1994, the Potala Palace has been listed by UNESCO as the World Cultural Heritage. Nowadays, the palace attracts Buddhist worshippers at home and abroad to visit during religious festivals.
Barkhor Introduction:
The Barkhor is probably the best part about Lhasa and one of the most interesting places to see in Tibet. The Barkhor is a pilgrimage kora around Tibet's most holy temple, the Jokhang. The main circuit of the Barkhor is about 1km long, but there are many small alleys that come off of the main route. Everyday sees thousands of Tibetan pilgrims walking around the Barkhor in a clockwise direction
Jokhang Temple Introduction:
Situated in the center of the old city of Lhasa, Jokhang Temple is the first Buddhist temple in Tibet. It is also the Sacred Temple of all Tibetan Buddhists. Jokhang Temple is not subordinate to any Buddhist sects, and is always the place in Tibet where major Buddhist ceremonies are held. Jokhang Temple is the spiritual center and holiest site in Tibetan Buddhism, attracting thousands of prostrate pilgrims each year

Day 3 Lhasa - Yangpachen-Namtso-Lhasa
Itinerary:
In the morning drive to Yangpachen - the hot spring,then go to Namtso, retun to Lhasa.
Yangpachen Introduction:
Yangbajing is a Tibetan town approximately 87 kilometers (54 miles) north-west of Lhasa, halfway to Damxung in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. The town lies in an upland lush green valley surrounded by the tents of Nomads with grazing yak and sheep populating the hillside. The area is famous for the Yangbajing hot springs, which have been harnessed to produce much of the electricity for the capital Lhasa. There is a thermoelectric power plant on the edge of the Yangbajing hot springs field covering 16 sq/kilometer (6 sq/miles). The thermoelectric power plant was established in 1976, and the first development of geothermal power not only in Tibet but in the whole of China.
Nam Lake Introduction:
Nam Co is the highest lake in the world and is 4,718 meters above sea level. It is 72 kilomters long from east to west and 30 kilometers wide from south to north. It has an area of 1,940 square kilometers. Some 60 kilometers to the northwest of Damxung County seat, it is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet and receives high respects among the local people. On the Tibetan year of sheep, pilgrims from faraway come here to walk around the lake. It takes more than 10 days to circle the lake once.
